We offer a simple and fully self-check-in process. Keys are securely stored at a nearby convenience store or petrol station. You won’t need to meet anyone in person — everything is handled remotely. You'll receive a custom link with all the information you need in one place, including detailed check-in instructions and everything about the property. We’ve made it easy so you can start enjoying your stay without any hassle.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm onwards.
Check-out is 11:00 am

We are always available via text or WhatsApp; you will have our contract detail.
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. The amount varies by apartment and ranges from £150 to £250.
This is taken as a pre-authorisation on your credit or debit card (not an actual charge), and it’s released on your departure day or the day after, pending a damage inspection.
Please note that while we release the deposit promptly, the time it takes to appear back in your account depends on your bank and Stripe, our secure payment processor. It may take a few working days to reflect.
Smoking indoors IS NOT ALLOWED!
Smoking indoors is not permitted due to health and safety reasons and because the smell can linger on furniture. We want to ensure a fresh and comfortable environment for all our guests.
